About the role
An Associate in the Strategy department has a multi-faceted role which includes performing extensive analytics on client data, working on various strategic projects, monitoring and tracking client details while working closely with the team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, and other internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify issues and develop recommendations for solving business problems through data analysis and research
- Assisting in Strategic Planning by helping in the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve business goals
- Coordinating with various internal departments to facilitate business planning, monitor organizational capacity, and support business decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and be a part of the team to implement solutions that enhance efficiency
