What you'll do
- Develop and own a comprehensive B2B content strategy that ensures brand consistency and credibility across all communication, aligning with positioning, business goals
- Build a full-funnel content engine (awareness, consideration, conversion) and lead strategic programs such as podcasts, thought leadership series, customer testimonials
- Define content KPIs, track performance, and optimize continuously using data-driven insights to maximize impact across channels
- Oversee planning, creation, and quality of multi-format content including podcasts, videos, client testimonials, whitepapers, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, blogs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Management, Sales, Product, and client success teams to extract insights, craft compelling narratives, and showcase value
