What you'll do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on various commercial agreements, including third-party agreements
- Provide time-sensitive support on a wide array of legal inquiries in connection with the contracts
- Establish and Lead contract management team to ensure post contractual obligations are met
- Provide legal advice to senior management, board members and other executives on various legal matters
- Review and drive the policies in compliance with legal regulations (e.g. Code of Ethics, HR compliance, POSH, Etc.)
