About the role
The Legal department at TresVista is responsible for ensuring agreements entered into with its clients, vendors and third parties are compliant with TresVista’s contracting requirements, applicable local regulations as well as providing advisory support to stakeholders, research into applicable laws and regulations in geographies where TresVista operates, negotiating terms of engagement with vendors and drafting legal documents as required by the company.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, SaaS, data-sharing, and tech vendor agreements across India, US, UK, and Singapore
- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle from term-sheet to execution, managing redlines and escalations with external counsel
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract risk, enforceability, and commercial implications
- Deploy and manage Legal AI agents for contract review, clause extraction, and risk flagging
- Own and administer the firm's CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platform — configure workflows, templates, and approval routing
