About the role
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who combines strong technical depth with leadership . You will be responsible for guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role , not a people-manager-only position.
What you'll do
- Own and drive technical design decisions across frontend and backend systems
- Review and approve architecture and design proposals
- Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure
- Set and uphold engineering standards and best practices
- Evaluate, guide, and set guardrails for the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools to improve team productivity and code quality
