What you'll do
- Review all purchase, sales, and freight contracts to understand and mitigate operational risks
- Issue purchase and sales contracts timely
- Ensure all contractual obligations are executed timely for all purchase and sales deals
- Obtain clean acceptance of vessels from suppliers and receivers. Ensure timely communication of issues with ship broker/owner
- Appoint independent inspection timely. Review analysis results to ensure that purchase and sales specifications are met
