What you'll do
- Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for India legal entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of all close activities
- Own the preparation, review, and finalization of accounting schedules, close working papers, statutory books support, and legal entity reporting deliverables
- Ensure books of account are maintained in compliance with Indian GAAP, Companies Act requirements, internal accounting policies, and applicable regulatory standards
- Review and validate period-end accounting entries, including accruals, provisions, prepayments, reclassifications, and other close-related adjustments
- Oversee preparation and review of key balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and other critical account schedules
