About the role
As the Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be instrumental in partnering with leaders across TriNet to identify the high-level talent needed to support all functions of the company. This role will be responsible for collaborating closely with the business and Corporate HR to drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ultimately attracting the next generation of key players to build an enduring company.
What you'll do
- Managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals in the local India office
- Act as the subject matter expert for the local hiring community in India
- Use a data driven approach to identify metrics and evaluate the strength of the talent delivery funnel with senior hiring
- Work directly with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner
