About the role
The primary function of this role will be to support the US based TriNet procurement team with the processing of requisitions, reporting analytics, and ad-hoc support. The analyst will play a pivotal role for improved quality, services and performance within procurement while ensuring business requirements are fulfilled and value is optimized.
What you'll do
- Manage and support end to end procure-to-pay process, including but not limited to stakeholder management, vendor engagement, escalation management
- Effectively work and communicate across multiple organizations and levels, spread throughout geographical locations
- Foster and develop a strong working relationship with key cross-functional working areas to ensure stakeholders needs are taken into consideration
- Research, analyze, coordinate, and respond to incoming inquiries
- Educate Purchasers on Procurement Requirements, Tools and Systems, Procedures and Policy
