About the role
Cloud Operations is responsible for maintaining reliability, performance, and security of our multi-cloud infrastructure, enterprise services, and TriNet's customer portal. Key role responsibilities include developing infrastructure enhancements, facilitating POCs, deployments/upgrades, and managing ongoing tasks.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain AWS & OCI infrastructure & managed services
- Evaluate new technologies in order to achieve business objectives and innovation
- Create technical documentation as necessary
- Provide support to compute and storage administration team
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service
