About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Business Continuity Senior Security Analyst to join our Information Security Team. In this role, the Senior Analyst supports the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of TriNet’s enterprise Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs.
What you'll do
- Conduct, communicate, and maintain all phases of the business continuity lifecycle, including Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk assessments
- Partner with internal teams to identify critical processes, dependencies, systems, and Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs)
- Evaluate and recommend viable, cost‑effective continuity strategies to ensure organizational resilience
- Draft, update, and maintain BC plans, procedures, and related documentation in alignment with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain KPIs and KRIs to measure program effectiveness, track risks, and inform leadership of resilience maturity
