About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical and Functional modules, Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Visual Builder Studio, and OTBI.
What you'll do
- Lead Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and enhancement projects
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet business and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll and HCM processes
- Design and implement data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
