About the role
This is an important role in managing talent acquisitions operations in a shared services model. This role will primarily support US, UK and Mexico.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative and operational support across the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding handoff
- Support job posting activities on internal and external platforms as per defined process
- Assist in creating and maintaining candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems
- Ensure recruitment-related data is updated accurately and in a timely manner
- Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across time zones where applicable
