About the role
STAFF, INDIA, UTTARAKHAND, UTTARAKHAND, DEHRADUN, UTTARAKHAND, DEHRADUN Recruitment-Identification of source, screening of applicants, coordinate interview procedure. Preparation of full & final settlement and other relevant document of resigned employees. Maintain Joiners and reliever sheet as well as replacement / additional manpower data.
What you'll do
- Maintain Joiners and reliever sheet as well as replacement / additional manpower data
- Handle manpower issues and fulfill the requirement of the department
- Ensure Periodic Medical Examination of all employee
- Update monthly leave details in software and process the pay slip
- Prepare & maintain Induction files of all new joinees
