About the role
We are looking for a candidate with 10-15 years of experience to handle various Banking & Treasury related activities
What you'll do
- Fund Raising & Debt Management – Support capital expenditure and expansion projects through appropriate financing arrangements
- Manage debt portfolios, repayment schedules, interest obligations, and lender compliance
- Prepare presentations and financial information required by lenders and financial institutions
- Ensuring proper documentation process - Execute Mortgage / Hypothecation documents and ensure seamless Security Perfections , co-ordination with CS/lawyers/Banks
- Working Capital and Treasury Management – Monitoring working capital operations, handling on Bank finance instruments such as L/C, BG, FCNR, EPC, PCFC, FD
