What you'll do
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering & Customer success teams to define and track product usage and product performance metrics
- Focus on building analytical capabilities where required, such as defining Clevertap events
- Structure and analyse data leveraging techniques like EDA, Cohort analysis
- Identify right business and product metrics to be analysed and tracked for every feature/problem statement
- Constantly monitor and analyse metrics identified, publish insights/any anomalies along with hypothesis
