What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties across Pune and/or Bangalore
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits
- Handle tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant queries, complaints, and escalations
