About the role
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter who has hands-on experience in hiring contract resources.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements
- Source and screen candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, References, etc
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Manage candidate onboarding for selected resources
