About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vendor Manager to join our team at Truww . As a Vendor Manager , you will play a crucial role in the smooth operations of our company by managing our network of vendors, including carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople.
What you'll do
- Identify and shortlist reliable vendors, including carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople, for various projects
- Negotiate favorable rates and contracts with vendors while ensuring adherence to company budgetary guidelines
- Conduct vendor induction and provide training on project requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Regularly monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions
- Conduct quality control visits to project sites to assess workmanship and adherence to project specifications
