Systems Software Senior Engineer– Hyderabad, India We are seeking a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant/Analyst with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting UKG Pro WFM solutions and building scalable integrations using Dell Boomi. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to deliver accurate workforce solutions, automate data flows, and ensure compliance and performance.
What you'll do
- UKG Pro WFM (Core Focus)
- Accruals and leave management
- Scheduling, Advance scheduling and forecasting
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into UKG WFM configurations
- Pay rules, work rules, meal/break rules
