Consultant – Cognigy

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Cognigy.AI Consultant to design, develop, implement, and optimize conversational AI solutions, including intelligent chatbots, voicebots, and virtual agents. The consultant will work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions and integrate Cognigy with NICE CXone and other contact center platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Cognigy.AI
• Build and maintain conversational flows, intents, entities, dialogue logic, and AI agent workflows
• Develop voicebots, chatbots, virtual agents, and automated customer journeys
• Integrate Cognigy.AI with NICE CXone, CCaaS platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise applications
• Develop REST API integrations, webhooks, and backend connectivity
