About the role
As a Principal Consultant – Salesforce, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for technical solutioning, client engagement, delivery, Scrum Master activities, technical mentoring, and pre-sales support. This role is one level above Senior Consultant and requires strong Salesforce expertise, independent ownership of complex workstreams, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Lead client discussions for requirements gathering, solutioning, architecture, and technical design
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design and review Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, migrations, and technical solutions
- Provide technical expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and Data Loader
- Act as a senior technical point of contact for clients and manage technical discussions, expectations, risks, and dependencies
