About the role
The Head – Billing, Estimation & Contracts will be responsible for leading and managing all activities related to project estimation, client and contractor billing, contract administration, cost control, budget monitoring, and commercial management across all ongoing and upcoming projects. The role requires ensuring financial accuracy, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and timely execution of commercial processes.
What you'll do
- Verify Contractor RA Bills and recommend payments
- Ensure timely submission of bills to clients
- Monitor billing schedules and payment follow-up
- Reconcile quantities with site execution teams
- Review variation orders and extra item billing
