About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to support cost planning and project budgeting across our real estate developments—spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses during pre-construction and execution phases.
What you'll do
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings, project specifications, and municipal regulations
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Generate and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs
- Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works based on current market rates
- Liaise with procurement to collect vendor/supplier quotations for costing inputs
