What you'll do
- Inspect residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas and other facilities for civil maintenance requirements
- Identify and coordinate repairs related to water leakage, seepage, cracks, plaster, painting, tiling, waterproofing and masonry works
- Attend and resolve day-to-day civil maintenance complaints from residents/customers
- Prepare maintenance requirements and coordinate with contractors, vendors and workmen
- Supervise civil repair and maintenance activities at site and ensure quality and timely completion
