About the role
The Senior CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships from booking to possession, ensuring high customer satisfaction, smooth coordination with internal teams, and timely resolution of customer queries.
What you'll do
- Act as the single point of contact for customers post-booking
- Handle customer documentation , agreements, allotment letters, and possession formalities
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, Site, and Finance teams for customer-related processes
- Manage payment follow-ups , demand letters, and account statements
- Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
