About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our real estate construction team. The candidate will assist in site execution, supervision, and coordination of construction activities with specific experience in Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction systems and finishing works .
What you'll do
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities
- Assist in execution of Mivan shuttering/formwork systems including alignment, level checks, and quality control
- Monitor slab casting, wall casting, and structural works using Mivan technology
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality control of finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and flooring
