About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Engineer – Execution with hands-on experience in real estate construction projects.
What you'll do
- Execute day-to-day site activities as per project plans and timelines
- Supervise and monitor Mivan formwork activities, ensuring proper alignment, quality, and safety compliance
- Oversee RCC works including slab, beam, column, and wall construction
- Manage and coordinate finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and fixtures
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
