About the role
We are seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for residential real estate projects.
What you'll do
- Prepare quantity estimates from architectural, structural, and service drawings
- Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for residential projects
- Perform rate analysis for civil and finishing works
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors
- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost plans
