What you'll do
- Assist in preparing cost estimates , BOQs (Bill of Quantities) , and rate analyses for residential and commercial projects
- Support in preparation of tender documents , bidding , and cost comparisons
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for rate quotations and material pricing
- Analyze changes in design or specifications and update cost estimates accordingly
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost breakdowns for new projects
