About the role
We are looking for a Junior Quality Engineer with experience in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) works for residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site quality activities, checking RCC workmanship, ensuring execution as per approved drawings/specifications, and maintaining quality standards at site.
What you'll do
- Monitor and inspect RCC activities including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing works
- Conduct quality checks as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications
- Ensure proper cube testing, slump testing, and material quality checks at site
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants regarding quality issues
- Prepare snagging/desnagging reports and ensure timely closure
