Landscape Designer for Pune location

About the role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect to join our real estate group. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. They will collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscapes that enhance the value, functionality, and appeal of our properties.

What you'll do

• Conduct site evaluations to assess soil, climate, topography, and other environmental factors to inform design decisions
• Create detailed landscape designs for individual properties and master-planned communities, including green spaces, hardscapes, water features, and outdoor amenities
• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and urban planners to integrate landscaping into overall project designs
• Implement eco-friendly practices, such as native plant selections, water-efficient irrigation systems, and storm water management
• Prepare documentation for zoning, environmental permits, and regulatory approvals. Ensure designs comply with local codes and ordinances
