About the role
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for residential and commercial building projects. The role involves coordinating with project teams, tracking project progress, identifying delays, and ensuring timely completion as per the master plan and contractual requirements.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Prepare baseline programs , work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines
- Monitor and report project progress, delays, and forecast completion dates
- Analyze critical paths and provide recommendations for recovery or acceleration
