About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology to oversee residential/commercial real estate projects. The role involves full project lifecycle management — from planning and approvals to execution and handover — ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven project delivery using Mivan construction methodology.
What you'll do
- Plan, execute, and manage real estate projects using Mivan shuttering technology
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and Mivan vendors
- Supervise on-site execution to ensure structural accuracy, safety, and quality
- Lead the installation and demoulding process of Mivan formwork with efficiency
