About the role
The Quality Head will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards across all residential construction projects. The role demands deep expertise in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishing works , ensuring projects meet design specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) systems across projects
- Monitor and ensure quality compliance in RCC works (foundations, columns, slabs, beams, etc.)
- Oversee quality in finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and façade
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and quality checks
- Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists
