Quality Manager for Real Estate - Punawale location at Tulip Group. Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for residential real estate projects.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for residential real estate projects
- Ensure quality compliance for RCC, structural works, finishing works, and MEP services
- Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality standards
- Monitor RCC activities including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, cube testing, curing, construction joints, and structural quality
- Monitor finishing works including plaster, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, doors/windows, false ceiling, façade, and other finishing activities
