What you'll do
- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs at the construction site
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Ensure use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers and visitors on site
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site staff and labour
- Report and document accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases; assist in investigations and corrective actions
