About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology and finishing works for high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing both structural and interior finishing phases to ensure timely, high-quality execution in line with project specifications.
What you'll do
- Supervise Mivan shuttering, alignment, reinforcement checks, and deshuttering
- Ensure correct sequencing and quality during slab, wall, and column casting
- Monitor and manage concrete pouring, curing, and surface preparation
- Oversee all internal and external finishing activities – plaster, putty, painting, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, doors/windows, etc
- Coordinate with subcontractors for timely execution of finishing works
