About the role
We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Foreman with expertise in Mivan aluminium formwork for residential high-rise construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shuttering activities, managing labour teams, ensuring quality installation, and completing work safely within project timelines.
What you'll do
- Supervise and execute Mivan aluminium formwork activities as per approved drawings
- Allocate daily work to shuttering carpenters and labour teams
- Ensure proper alignment, line, level, and dimensional accuracy of Mivan panels
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, RCC Engineers, Reinforcement, and Concrete teams for smooth execution
- Inspect shuttering before concrete pouring and rectify any defects
