What you'll do
- Prepare, review, and submit periodic project bills (monthly, milestone-based, or final invoices) in alignment with contract terms
- Verify quantities, measurements, and specifications from BOQs, drawings, and site reports before billing
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts team to resolve discrepancies in billing
- Track client payments and follow up on pending invoices to ensure timely collection
- Maintain detailed billing records, variation orders, and supporting documentation for audits
