About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring smooth customer communication, and providing excellent post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Site teams for customer support activities
• Manage customer documentation, agreements, payment follow-ups, possession-related coordination, and handover formalities
• Provide project updates and timely communication regarding construction progress, possession schedules, and documentation requirements
