About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project costing, optimizing expenses, and supporting project planning and execution.
What you'll do
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for real estate projects (residential)
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Conduct quantity take-offs and rate analysis
- Develop project budgets and cost plans at various stages (concept, design, execution)
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements
