About the role
We are looking for a Senior Estimation Engineer with strong experience in RCC, finishing, and MEP estimation for residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, and coordination with design, contracts, procurement, and execution teams.
What you'll do
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for RCC, civil, finishing, and MEP works
- Prepare project-wise cost estimates and budgets based on drawings and specifications
- Prepare finishing estimates for plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows, tiling, and other finishing works
- Handle MEP estimation including electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, ELV, and related services
- Perform rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP items
