About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to handle estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, costing, and tendering for residential real estate projects.
What you'll do
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost sheets for civil and finishing works
- Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify scope of work
- Prepare rate analysis for various construction activities
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and work orders
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Projects, Procurement, and Contracts teams
