- Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for all projects
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications , and provide cost insights
- Supervise and guide junior estimation engineers in preparing material take-offs and cost data
- Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontracting costs for accuracy and competitiveness
- Coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and project teams for inputs and validation
