What you'll do
- Oversee the daily activities of the store or warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and effective management of staff
- Train, mentor, and evaluate storekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
- Coordinate the receiving, storing, and issuing of goods, ensuring that all stock is correctly accounted for
- Ensure that all received items meet quality standards and specifications before acceptance into inventory
