About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer Trainee to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate will support senior engineers in daily site operations, learn construction methodologies, ensure quality standards, and gain hands-on experience in real estate development projects.
What you'll do
- Assist site engineers and supervisors in daily project activities
- Monitor site progress and ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material and labor
- Support in quality checks and reporting as per specifications
- Help maintain project documentation and daily reports
