About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Assistant Cost Manager - Procurement to support procurement operations and cost management activities across projects. The role will be responsible for managing procurement strategies, vendor sourcing, contract administration, cost analysis, and ensuring value-driven purchasing decisions while maintaining quality, compliance, and project timelines.
What you'll do
- Execute procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational objectives
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and purchase order issuance
- Identify and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
