About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Procurement Audit to strengthen procurement governance, ensure compliance with company policies, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. The incumbent will be responsible for auditing procurement activities, assessing risks, evaluating controls, and working closely with Procurement, Finance, Projects, and Business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Procurement Audit & Compliance
- Conduct end-to-end audits of procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract management, and purchase order issuance
- Evaluate compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, approval matrices, and delegation of authority (DOA)
- Review procurement transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established controls
- Identify business and compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
