About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Manager - Procurement to lead procurement cost management activities across projects. The role will be responsible for vendor sourcing, strategic procurement, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, budgeting support, and contract management while ensuring timely procurement of materials and services in line with project requirements.
What you'll do
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for project materials, equipment, and subcontract packages
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors and suppliers
- Develop and maintain a preferred vendor database
- Conduct RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and techno-commercial assessments
